*NOTE: If you’ve already made a payment on the previous screen, you will not be required to pay for anything on this form. We do not store any payment details on our website. Your payments are all processed via the Stripe payment platform, and your entries are secured via an SSL encryption.

Extremely easy online meetings

All of our meetings are done online via the Whereby platform. You won’t need to download anything, you’ll simply use the link provided when you finish scheduling your meeting at the time that you’ve scheduled!

Our availability

The times should display based on our availability here in Japan. If there are no times that are convenient for you, please contact us to see if we can schedule something more suitable for your schedule. Also, all of the meeting blocks on the scheduler are currently set at 15 minutes (around the average time to get all of the information we need from you). If you would like to extend your time, please choose a block of time that has openings after it.

For those who prefer email

If you would prefer to discuss your trip planning via email, please let us know. We do prefer to speak directly with our clients during the initial meeting so that we can take notes on what each person enjoys and we also feel as though it is just a better way to get to know each person, however we do understand if you would prefer communicating via email. If this is the case, you can skip this entire form and send us a message at triprequest@kichijapan.com to let us know.

Meeting Cancellation Policy

If you need to reschedule your meeting, please notify us a full 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in an automatic cancellation of your time, and you will need to reschedule your meeting using this booking platform again. Please be aware that we will deduct the time that was allotted for your consultation (i.e. if you ordered an hour of consultation time and failed to show up for your scheduled timeslot, we would deduct the 15 minutes from the total time that you have left).
